1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Time: Within 1 day of order dispatch.

Same/next-day delivery may depend on courier availability and cut-off time.
📦 All India Delivery

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 days.
Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive season load.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Ongoing promotions or free-shipping offers
Any shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

The order may return to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered:

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Kwik Needz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-sending the parcel.

We currently deliver across India, including metro and non-metro locations.
